With more than 18 years of combined public relations and talent relations experience, Lissette’s unique and strategic approach to developing, managing and delivering high-profile results-driven public relations and branded campaigns makes her a true expert in the industry.

Lissette’s PR and marketing background spans across industries with some of the world’s most renown brands from Land Rover, Pantene, Nintendo, among others. Prior to launching Chic Influence, she was the Senior Vice President at DeVries Global where she launched and grew the agency’s multi-million dollar Multicultural Practice.

Lissette is a first generation bilingual, bicultural Latina, who was born and raised in Miami. She is also a lifelong athlete and proud marathoner as a finisher of the 2019 TCS NYC Marathon and the 2021 Chicago Marathon.

DIRECTOR OF TALENT DIVISION

Ory leads the talent management division at Chic Influence, managing a full roster of innovative storytellers and digital content creators. She is on the forefront, of building and growing personal brands by seeking strong business opportunities and establishing key relationships with brand partners.

Ory began her career in Public Relations over 10 years ago, representing brands in the beauty, lifestyle and wellness industries. In efforts to explore the ever-changing PR industry, she has focused the last six years of her career to influencer relations and management through brand campaigns and partnerships. Ory is an alum of Fashion Institute of Technology where she studied Marketing Communications. She is an avid traveler, with a love for aesthetic cafes, curated style and culture.

SR. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, PR

Thalia leads all PR brand accounts in supporting media relations, influencer marketing and brand social strategies and execution.

She began her career at the age of 16 working for Y&R | Wunderman in campaign advertising management. This is where her passion for PR started. At 21, she dived into content creation and social media strategy. She does it all from event planning, videography, photography and more.

TALENT RELATIONS ASSOCIATE

Sydney stepped into the career of administrative assistance during her early years of education and is an unmatched support to Chic Influence’s Talent Roster. She assists all talents from campaign support with the brand partners, calendar management with event appearances, gifting coordination and so much more.

Graduating from Montclair State with a Bachelor in The Arts, Sydney has worked in different divisions of entertainment. From creative directing, acting, modeling, assistant directing, photography, and many other areas. There is no limit to her creativity and helping hand.

FINANCE OPERATIONS

Lumi Collective is an accounting, finance and operations agency established in 2021 by a team of accountants, creatives and problem solvers with 10 years of experience in the field. Lumi Collective was born out of a need in an industry where your typical accountants won't cut it. They help Chic Influence with the backend finance operations of the agency.
